TWINEMA
Checks whether a new warehouse will handle a peak day before it is built, and shows it to the board in 3D instead of a spreadsheet.
Outcome: Simulating a day on several hall variants gives KPIs with the average and the worst case (P95) and bottlenecks with a hint on what to add; the board gets the result as a 3D presentation via a link that hides the source data.

Process
I broke it into eight processes: from master data and movement history, through the hall model and equipment catalogue, to simulation, the 3D presentation and the film. The key loop: if the layout cannot handle the peak day, the designer goes back to the hall and compares variants on the same data.
Key decisions
- Data only from files, no live integration with the warehouse system
- The day scenario is independent of the hall layout – the same test for every variant
- Volumes as min/avg/max, many runs, P95 result
