  Kolejka kontenerów

  One shared view of container deliveries for logistics, warehouses, forwarders and the customs agency, instead of an Excel sheet sent around by e-mail.

  Outcome: Replaces a sheet that cost 4 logistics staff about 30 hours a week – about 200 containers a month, 4 companies, every change in the history.

  One tool for the warehouse, transport and customer service to plan pallets and shipments, instead of scattered Excel sheets.

  Outcome: Palletising with a load preview, shipments and handling-unit checks from a scanner in one application.

  RCP Log

  Records working time in warehouse zones with a single QR scan, instead of counting by hand in Excel.

  Outcome: This measuring method is the basis of a bonus system for 130 employees in a dozen or so zones – before, the company did not measure productivity at all.

  DocCompare

  Compares import documents line by line and stops a delivery before a quantity or price mismatch reaches customs clearance.

  Outcome: A mismatch between the order, the proforma and the invoice shows up as a red row before the documents go to the customs agency.

  Organises the flow of pallets in a small warehouse that used to keep its records on paper.

  Outcome: Goods receipt and FEFO-based issue of pallets with a QR scanner on a phone; more than 170 automated tests.
